My name is Michael Barricelli and I founded ISP with the primary mission of matching the right talent with the right client at the right time. This mission is achieved through the following approach:

  • We invest in a meaningful, ongoing dialogue with employers to ensure we fully understand their staffing needs, whether those needs be filling interim leadership roles, staffing projects or sourcing permanent placements.
  • We’re continuously recruiting talent to match potential future needs identified by our clients. This goes well beyond an applicant tracking and CRM system. With our “Showcase Talent” program, we conduct full interviews, reference checks, and verify education and employment before presenting a candidate to an employer.
  • We believe a diverse workforce brings important perspectives and experiences, and we’re committed to recruiting the finest talent regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, age, ethnicity or religion.
  • We actively recruit professionals with unique life experiences, including military veterans and previously retired and chosen to reenter the workforce.  We find these resources bring deep experience and a strong presence to projects and interim roles.
  • We source contract talent with an affinity for interim or project work. Our resources are accustomed to traveling to client sites and generally enjoy traveling as part of their job.
  • We don’t have the financial burden of idle resources waiting for their next project; we recruit and contract talent specifically to match our clients’ requirements.

Our leadership team brings decades of experience in healthcare financial management, executive leadership, Big 4 consulting and IT to our mission to help candidate and employer clients to achieve their professional goals and objectives. Members of our team have also founded and managed several startup ventures, so our approach benefits from an entrepreneurial perspective.

Additionally, our deep experience developing new business and recruiting talent overseas means that we are well positioned to leverage our international contacts to help you expand and grow your business abroad.

As an employer, we know firsthand the value of having a talented team in place to achieve successful business outcomes. We understand that recruiting such talent is a difficult and lengthy process. We also understand the budget pressures faced by business leaders and the need to balance sourcing talented resources with these budget realities.

As consultants or independent contractors, we understand the expectation of delivering expertise and top-quality work products to clients. We recognize that the flexibility of contract work and the potential to earn higher salaries are pull factors for talented resources. Although many might view commuting to a client in a different city hours away from home as a hardship, most of our consultants perceive the opportunity to travel and immerse oneself into the culture of a new city is as a positive.

The Motivation for Launching Infinite Solutions Partners

Our experience in and understanding of the consulting business influenced our decision to launch ISP. While our service delivery experience as consultants was positive, the business side of things was an eye-opener. We were particularly intrigued by the impact on pricing associated with high overheads. The largest firms must have glitzy office space, excess resources on hand for when projects roll in, and huge marketing budgets to compete with the other big firms.

We also felt the process of resourcing project teams tended to meet the needs of the consulting firms rather than the clients hiring them. In many cases, the most talented resources were engaged on high profile projects with the largest, most prestigious clients. As new projects rolled in for smaller, less well-known companies, available talent tended to be newer employees or those “on the bench” who were not deployed at that given time. In short, the firm would select talent to increase staff utilization, not necessarily select resources that were best for the client. Often times clients were paying for senior level staffing while in actuality were getting more junior resources.

What Makes Us Different

In large part because of our approach in recruiting talent for a specific job or project role, we avoid overhead associated with carrying excess resources. We also keep administrative costs in check by leveraging home-based recruiters, thereby avoiding brick and mortar costs. Rather than pocket these low overheads, we leverage these savings to recruit the best available talent. This enables us to provide talented executives for around the same cost as a mid-level manager at a Big 4 firm.

ISP is also different because we keep things small by design. As a boutique firm with a special focus in healthcare and other niche industries, we bring a clearer understanding of challenges and issues our employer clients are dealing with. Our industry expertise also means we have a deep understanding of the skills required to perform at a high level, and we source highly qualified talent for employers.

Michael Barricelli
CEO & Managing Partner

Michael is our founder and Managing Partner. His primary area of focus is on our Healthcare solutions team. Michael actively recruits top talent in Hospital Administration and Finance as well as Healthcare Information professionals needed to source complex IT projects.

Wilailuk Jit-Ong
Chief Talent Officer

Wilailuk coordinates activities between our various recruitment teams. She is also our lead resource handling candidate onboarding.

Glenn Edwards

Glenn leads our IT recruiting team for all business sectors outside of healthcare. He has a successful track record of matching experienced technology talent with startup and SME clients.

We recently completed the implementation of a major call center system to support our centralized attendant, centralized paging, telephone answering service and emergency code team activation service. We provide these services to world-renowned medical centers in Boston, as well as large medical practices and community health centers around the US.
